Remember, fat loss comes down to the specific food you put in your body. Our goal for fat loss will always be to teach your body to use fat as energy – rather than store it.
My guess is that you have some fat storage now which will mean our first job is to teach your body how it can use fat for energy (through fitness and training) or why it needs to release fat because we are getting better fat in our diet.
Here are the best tips and tricks for fat loss:
1. Try Fasting
No one likes this – but it really works. It seems that fasting helps to improve your metabolism by promoting a more effective environment for storage of fuel.
Many studies have been performed that showed the positive effects of fasting on weight loss and fat loss. Aside from the research, it is worth mentioning that the dedication required to fast all day long will also help you to deal with your hunger cravings on a more regular basis.
2. Use Caffeine Properly
Caffeine is a great tool for fat loss – but only when used properly. Many people consume caffeine almost every day – right in the morning – when they should be consuming good foods to fuel the body for the day.
