A whopping 6000mg of citrulline provides the bulk of your vasodilation. Sourced from watermelon, citrulline is actually an amino acid that helps to allow for greater blood flow by opening up the arteries.

Our review is that this is a top pre-workout supplement that should be a part of anyone’s routine – especially if you are a serious lifter who is trying to make real strength progression.

there are plenty of pre-workout supplements out there - and I have tried many of them. 4 GUAGE is among the best in the market and I have noticed that I have way clearer focus during my training session and even have a nice pump! Great supplement for your hardest training days.

I am sorta new to lifting, but I have tried a couple pre-workouts and so far this is my favourite. I train after my shifts (towing) which are usually long so I need something that will energize me and pump makeup while training. 4GUAGE has definitely done the trick - give this a try!

I increased my bench by 10 pounds!

awesome product and I think it even helped me put on 10 pounds on my bench! By far the most energy I have had in a workout in a while. Try one serving first and then move into more when it is needed. highly recommend this product.
